This in the form of online classes, specifically designed to make you a stronger runner!

They are around 30 minutes in length, just the right amount of time to fit into a busy schedule. These classes will require minimal equipment. I offer different variations for each exercises so they are suitable for all abilities. We work on different areas over each week to enable a good progression in your overall strength.
