1-1 COACHING

How it works

We will start by discussing you! Your goals, your passions and anything you would like help with. This can be done face to face or online.

​I will devise a personalised training plan for you, which will be done on a weekly basis, via TrainingPeaks (online training diary). We will have catch ups weekly via messages/emails and then 4 weekly in person/online catch ups, to see how you are progressing and make any changes that are needed.

​Plans have unlimited amount of changes and you can contact me at any stage to ask questions or for moral support!
