ABOUT ME

My name is Emma Campbell, I have gone from couch to ultra marathon in the last 5 years and in doing so have become totally obsessed with running!

I am a mother of 2 and started running not long after my second child was born. I found it helped so much not only with my fitness but with my mental health as well.  So much so I decided to learn to help others enjoy their running as much as I do!

I am a qualified Lydiard 2 Running Coach, Hill and Moorland Leader and Leader in Running Fitness. My passion is to help others to reach their goals and become a stronger more confident and powerful runner.

I can work with you and develop a flexible training plan to fit into your lifestyle, maximizing your fitness and smashing your running goals.

I am also a Level 3 Personal Trainer and can help with a strength training program to keep you running strong and injury free for longer. I teach weekly online classes specifically designed for runners.

I love the outdoors and discovering new paths and trails. Nothing makes me happier than taking my map and planning a new adventure! I find it gives me some much-needed head space and escape from the real world! Join us on our trail running weekends if you would like to discover the joys of trails in the Peak District.
