My name is Emma Campbell, I have gone from couch to ultra marathon in the last 5 years and in doing so have become totally obsessed with running!

1-1 Coaching
We will start by discussing you! Your goals, your passions and anything you would like help with. This can be done face to face or online.
Strength
This in the form of online classes, specifically designed to make you a stronger runner! They are around 30 minutes in length, just the right amount of time to fit into a busy schedule.

I am not really one for high aerobic work outs so the strength sessions instantly appealed to me as an exercise class. The structure is very easy to follow and there are different options for each exercise based on ability, so you just do what you can. Being able to do the workouts in your own time and at your own pace, is a massive benefit to me as trying to squeeze in going to the gym is very tricky!
I had only been running for a few months when I started the class but I could see the impact in weeks. My muscles felt stronger and tighter (always a plus!) I was finding I could run for longer and generally felt much fitter. Definitely a class worth doing!
