1-1 Coaching package £65 pm (plus £50 one off set up fee) – fully supported coaching package

Personal Training session £30ph in person – For people new to strength training or have a specific help build a stronger body for your training. Working on improving weaker areas to prevent injury. I would recommend regular sessions, at least once a week alongside your training plan.

One off In depth strength training advice and home exercise program £50 – If you are already a gym member or have access to gym equipment at home and you want some specific advice and an individual program then this is for you. Can be done in person or via video link

1-1 Running session £30ph – If you would like to gain confidence on the trails or to look at hill technique, or just general advice then this is for you. Available within a 30 min drive of Buxton. 

One off training advice discussion via video link £50 – If you have any questions or are looking for advice on a specific race, training plan, kit etc I am more than happy to help.
